SEND H-PERFORMANCE
About us

Whatever is wrong with your car, start with the part number.

SEND H-PERFORMANCE is an automotive parts manufacturer built for one market: North America. We make and remanufacture parts on our own production lines, inside a manufacturing supply chain that already supplies the world's largest vehicle markets, and we cover most makes and models on North American roads. High quality parts, real after-sales support, and a fix for the problem that put your vehicle on the jack stands.

SEND H-PERFORMANCE — the H is for High, as in High Performance.

Who we are

A North American parts brand, built on a manufacturing base that already exists.

SEND H-PERFORMANCE runs its own production lines and its own remanufacturing lines. The factories, the tooling and the people are already there — decades deep into a Chinese manufacturing supply chain that produces for the world's largest vehicle markets. That is the whole reason this brand exists: the capacity is mature, so we can spend our effort on the part North America actually cares about.

What we do with that capacity is manufacture and remanufacture. New parts where new makes sense; remanufactured units where the original casting, housing or core is still worth rebuilding to specification. Both leave the line to the same tolerance sheet, and both carry the same 24-month warranty.

Everything else is built for the market we sell into: a warehouse and returns address in the United States, application data written for North American vehicles, and a support desk that answers in one business day. The manufacturing is global. The accountability is local.

What we make

Four systems, most vehicles on the road

Our manufacturing programme covers the systems that fail first and cost the most to ignore. Coverage runs across most of the makes and models in service in North America, from daily drivers to work trucks.

Fuel systems

Pumps, carburettors, injectors and the fuel delivery hardware that decides whether an engine starts on a cold morning — built and rebuilt to the original flow specification.

Chassis

Bushings, mounts, springs and control arms — the parts that carry load, hold alignment and decide how a vehicle feels after 100,000 miles.

Steering

Racks, pumps, linkage and column components manufactured to OE geometry, so the wheel still centres and the tyres still wear evenly.

Interior

Trim, handles, switches and cabin hardware — the parts that wear out long before the drivetrain does, and the ones you touch every single day.

This catalogue opens with the systems we currently hold in depth in our US warehouse; additional lines are added as each production batch clears incoming inspection.

Why we exist

The aftermarket's real problem is not price. It is information.

A part listed as "fits most models" without a part number is not a product, it is a lottery ticket. The buyer pays for the ticket, the seller pays for the return, and the part goes in a skip either way. Manufacturing a good part is only half the job — the other half is proving it fits before it ships.

How we work

Four commitments we can actually keep

1. Publish the number

Every listing carries our part number and the OE numbers it replaces. No "universal fit" language, no mystery SKUs.

2. Answer before dispatch

A fitment question gets an answer from a person, not a template. If the part is wrong, we tell you before you pay for shipping twice.

3. Inspect at packing

Threads, connectors, seals and hardware are checked as the order is packed. Batch reference goes in the box with the warranty card.

4. Own the failure

If a part fails inside 24 months, we replace it and cover return carriage. No diagnostic fee, no restocking charge on a warranty claim.

The name

The H stands for High.

SEND H-PERFORMANCE — the H is the first letter of High, as in High Performance. It is not a horsepower figure and it is not a trim level. It is the standard we hold a part to before it earns a listing.

In practice that means the part is judged on heat, load and tolerance — the three things that actually fail on a boat ramp in July or a truck at 180,000 miles. Same dimensions as the OE part, same or better material, tested where the OE part is tested. That is what the H commits us to, and it is why the specification is printed on every listing instead of a slogan.
