Privacy, terms of sale and the disclaimers that go with selling aftermarket parts. Short, because we would rather you read them than skip them.
We collect what is needed to quote, ship and support an order: your name, contact details, delivery address and the vehicle or part information you send us. We do not sell customer data, and we do not share it with anyone except the carriers and payment processors required to complete your order.
Fitment enquiries are kept so we can answer follow-up questions about the same vehicle. You can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing omao2020@163.com.
This site uses no advertising trackers. If analytics are added later, they will be first-party and disclosed here before they go live.
Prices shown on a quote are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Because parts are sourced in batches, price and availability are confirmed in writing before an order is accepted. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer until we confirm it.
An order is accepted when we confirm stock and issue an order reference. If a part is unavailable after payment we refund in full within three business days.
We take responsibility for the fitment we confirm in writing. Where a customer orders against their own research without asking us to check, the choice of part is theirs — though our returns policy still applies.
The 24-month warranty is limited to replacement of the part. It does not extend to labour, consequential loss or damage caused by installation error. Full terms are on the support page.
SEND H-PERFORMANCE is an independent aftermarket parts supplier. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by or sponsored by any vehicle, engine or equipment manufacturer. All manufacturer names, model names and OE part numbers are used solely to identify the vehicles and applications for which our parts are suitable. They do not imply any connection with the original manufacturer.
Our parts are not genuine OE parts. They are engineered to meet the specification of the application listed, and where a specification is not published by the original manufacturer we state our own.
Replacement parts for suspension, braking, fuel and steering systems are safety-critical. Installation should be carried out by a competent technician using the manufacturer's procedure and torque values. If you are not certain of the procedure, do not install the part yourself.
Laws on vehicle modification — including suspension height, wheel spacing and lighting — vary by state and province. Compliance is the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
