Warranty

Every part we sell carries a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defect: material, workmanship and function. If a part fails because it was made wrong, we replace it.

What is covered

  • Structural failure of a casting, forging or moulding in normal service
  • Seal, bearing or electrical failure not caused by installation or contamination
  • Incorrect machining, thread or connector specification against the part we advertised

What is not covered

  • Wear items: filters, belts, brake hardware, bulbs, friction material
  • Damage from incorrect installation, over-torque, contamination or a fault elsewhere in the vehicle
  • Consequential loss — labour, hire, tow, downtime or lost income
  • Parts modified, machined or repaired after delivery

Returns

Thirty days from delivery, in the condition it arrived. Unopened is simplest; opened is fine as long as the part is unused and complete.

Returns go to an address inside the United States. You never ship a part back overseas, and you never pay customs on a return.

Shipping

Orders leave our warehouse within one business day of a confirmed quote. Tracking is emailed at dispatch.

  • United States — ground 2–5 business days; expedited available at quote.
  • Canada — 4–8 business days, duties and taxes payable on delivery.
  • Elsewhere — quoted before you commit. We do not ship blind and surprise you with carriage.

Heavy or oversize items (springs, coolers, tool cases) may ship on a pallet. If that changes the cost we tell you before charging, not after.

Installation notes

Marine fuel and ignition parts

Disconnect the battery and close the fuel valve before removal. Replace the inlet filter when you replace a carburetor — debris from a failing filter is the most common cause of a second failure. Use a new gasket every time; do not reuse a compressed one.

Coolers and hose sets

Flush the circuit before fitting a new cooler, otherwise the debris that killed the first one goes straight into the second. Tighten hose clamps to the manufacturer's torque, not until the rubber bulges.

Body mount and suspension bushings

Support the body or axle before removing hardware, and replace mounts as a set rather than one at a time. Torque suspension hardware with the vehicle at ride height, not on stands.

Lamps and harnesses

Check the connector pins for corrosion before plugging in a new lamp — a green pin will destroy a new unit just as quickly. Do not die-electric grease the connector body, only the seal.

Making a claim

  1. Email omao2020@163.com with your order reference and the part number.
  2. Include two photographs: the failed part in place, and the failure point close up.
  3. We respond within one business day with either a return label or a diagnostic question.
  4. Approved claims ship a replacement the same week, with carriage covered both ways.
One thing we ask: tell us what the part was doing when it failed. It is the fastest way to a correct replacement, and it is how we find the failures worth fixing in the next batch.
